S.L. 545.32 Art. 12Issue of letter of award.

The letter of award to the successful bidder shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

(a) details of the bidder;

(b) awarded bid price per kWh;

(c) capacity in kW and threshold on the units of electricity for which the bid price per kWh may be paid in each calendar year for the guaranteed period.
