S.L. 545.3 Art. 36Relief from liability.

(1) A consumer shall not be relieved of his liability for the payment of the service charge and water consumption rates due unless and until he has given notice in writing to the Corporation of his intention to discontinue the use of water service from such a future date as shall be stated by him and has paid any amount that may be due by him under these regulations.

(2) In every such case the Corporation may cause the supply of water to be discontinued from the date mentioned in the notice.
