S.L. 545.3 Art. 27Accounts.

Accounts shall be made for such period or periods as the Chief Executive may determine either generally or with respect to any one or more consumers or classes of consumers and shall be posted to the address to which they refer, unless arrangements are made for their delivery at any other address.
