S.L. 545.26 Art. 7Employers’ obligations.

(1) The employer of any person carrying out any work in relation to an autogas equipment or autogas retrofit system at any place of work or premises under the control of the said employer, or who is in charge of the work being carried out in any place of related to autogas equipment or to an autogas retrofit system.

(2) The employer of any person carrying out any work in relation to autogas equipment or to an autogas retrofit system shall ensure that during the course of that person’s work, the requirements imposed by these regulations or by the Regulator on such a person are being complied with.
