S.L. 545.22 Art. 8Applicationsforan authorisation and application fee.

(1) Any person who wishes to -

(a) operate a petroleum-filling station; or

(b) operate a secondary storage facility of petroleum; or

(c) carry out the activity of a fuel distributor, shall submit an application in writing to the Regulator in such form and manner as the Regulator may prescribe.

(2) A non-refundable application fee as established in the Second Schedule shall be paid to the Regulator with the application for an authorisation.
