S.L. 545.22 Art. 28Dormant petroleum filling stations.

A petroleum filling station which remains inoperative or is otherwise not in use for a period of twelve consecutive months, shall be considered as being dormant and its authorisation shall be revoked by the Regulator: Provided that if a petroleum filling station remains so inactive for reasons independent from the action or inaction of the authorised provider, such a petroleum filling station shall not be considered as being dormant.
