S.L. 545.15 Art. 5Application for an authorisation and application fee.

(1) Any person who wishes to carry out the activity of an authorised biofuels and, or bioliquids operator shall submit an application in writing to the Regulator in such form and manner as the Regulator may prescribe.

(2) A non-refundable application fee as specified in the First Schedule shall be paid to the Regulator with the application for the authorisation.
