S.L. 545.15 Art. 14Design and construction of an authorised facility.

Without prejudice to any other provision of these regulations or any other law, authorised facilities designed or constructed after the entry into force of these regulations shall be designed and constructed in accordance with standards prescribed or as directed by the Regulator and, or as required by any other authority competent at law as a result of a consultation or in agreement with the Regulator.
