S.L. 545.12 Art. 26Direct lines.

(1) The Regulator shall lay down the criteria for the grant of authorisations for the operation of a direct line. Those criteria shall be objective, transparent and non-discriminatory.

(2) The Regulator may issue an authorisation to construct a direct line subject either to the refusal of system access on the basis of regulation 24 or to the opening of a dispute-settlement procedure under regulation 29.
