S.L. 545.12 Art. 22Third-party access.

The tariffs for third party access to the distribution system and LNG facilities or the methodologies underlying their calculation shall be approved by the Regulator prior to their entry into force in accordance with regulation 29 and such tariffs or methodologies shall be applicable to all eligible customers, including supply undertakings, and applied objectively and without discrimination between system users. The tariffs and methodologies, shall be published by the Regulator prior to their entry into force.
