S.L. 542.7 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 542.

In this order, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Arts Council Malta Act;

"Council" means Arts Council Malta as established by article 3 of the Act;

"De Valette Chamber Orchestra" means the Public Cultural Organisation known as the De Valette Chamber Orchestra as established in article 3;

"Director" means the Director of the De Valette Chamber Orchestra as appointed in article 4;

"financial management" includes financing, financial control, financial accountability and audit;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for culture;

"Permanent Secretary" means the Permanent Secretary within the Ministry responsible for culture.
