S.L. 535.2 Art. 11Applicability to internal and territorial waters.

In these regulations, the term "continental shelf" includes the sea bed and subsoil of the submarine areas within the limits of the internal waters and the territorial waters of Malta:

Provided that nothing in these regulations shall affect any obligation to obtain a permit or other authorisation which may be required under any other laws or regulations in respect of any activity provided for in these regulations.
