S.L. 524.1 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Act" means the Embryo Protection Act; "Authority" means the Embryo Protection Authority established by article 3 of the Act; "Chairman" means the Chairman appointed in accordance with article 3 of the Act; "Chief Executive Officer" means the Chief Executive Officer appointed in accordance with regulation 6; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for Health.
