S.L. 514.8 Art. 41Commencement of operations of a Maltese IORP.

Upon receipt of the decision taken by the competent authority to grant an authorisation of the proposed transfer as referred to in regulation 40(2), or if no information on the decision is received from the competent authority on expiry of the period of seven (7) weeks following the period referred to in regulation 40(2), the Maltese IORP may start to operate the occupational retirement plan.
