S.L. 514.8 Art. 35Cross-border transfer to a Maltese IORP.

Where a European IORP proposes to transfer all or part of its liabilities, technical provisions and other obligations and rights, as well as corresponding assets or cash equivalent thereof, to a Maltese IORP, the provisions of this Part shall apply in relation to the proposed transfer.
