S.L. 514.8 Art. 26Cross-border transfer by a Maltese IORP.

Where a Maltese IORP proposes to transfer all or part of its liabilities, technical provisions and other obligations and rights, as well as corresponding assets or cash equivalent thereof, to a European IORP, the provisions of this Part shall apply in relation to the proposed transfer.
