S.L. 500.1 Art. 7Entity responsible for protecting recipients from discrimination

The body responsible for consumer protection shall be responsible to ensure that the rights of recipients and potential recipients of a service shall not be subjected to discriminatory requirements mentioned under article 9(a) of the Act.
