S.L. 499.76 Art. 9Obligations of user-in-charge.  S.L. 499.56.

The user-in-charge shall:

(a) hold a valid driver’s permit and driver’s tag issued by the Authority in accordance with the Passenger Transport Services Regulations;

(b) remain in the vehicle, alert and capable of assuming manual control of the autonomous small bus at all times during a trial;

(c) respond to any and all system prompts and warnings, and to any anomalies;

(d) not engage in any other activity or conduct that may impair his ability to assume control of the autonomous small bus;

(e) not permit the autonomous small bus to operate in autonomous mode outside of the designated operating area;

(f) not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
