S.L. 499.72 Art. 8ATraining. 

(1) The competent authority in Malta shall cooperate with the Authority in providing education and training to any authorised inspecting officer, by building on existing enforcement schemes.

(2) The sending party shall be responsible for ensuring that his drivers acquire knowledge of their rights and obligations in accordance with these regulations.
