Any obligation, liability, penalty or punishment incurred under the Port Reception Facilities for Ship-generated Wastes and Cargo Residues Regulations, 2004 or in connection with any breach of the provisions of those regulations, or any proceedings or remedy relating to any such obligation, liability, penalty or punishment, shall not be affected by such revocation.
