S.L. 499.71 Art. 15Observance of these regulations.

The liability and responsibility for the observance of these regulations shall rest solely with the port or terminal operator, authorised port reception facility, authorised undertaking and the Master, operator and agent of a ship. The Authority shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from any acts or omissions in respect of any of the requirements of these regulations.
