S.L. 499.69 Art. 10Offences.

Any marine terminal operator or marine facility operator who fails to comply with the provisions of these regulations commits an offence and is liable, upon conviction, to a fine (multa) not less than two thousand and five hundred (2,500) euro and not exceeding one hundred thousand (100,000) euro for each offence; and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine (multa) not less than five hundred

(500) euro and not exceeding one thousand and five hundred (1,500) euro for every day during which the offence persists.
