S.L. 499.68 Art. 77Categories of Operator Licences. 

A natural person or legal person may apply for an operator’s licence:

(a) to operate light passenger transport vehicles services under the LPTV1 operator licence;

(b) to operate light passenger transport vehicles services under the LPTV2 operator licence;

(c) to operate special occasion passenger transport services under the SOV licence; and, or

(d) to operate vehicle rental services:

Provided that the fees for each of these licences shall be applicable and payable by the relevant natural or legal person, as the case may be.
