(1) The operator shall be obliged to keep detailed records of all his operations including a log which shall contain details relative to every contract of hire including the date, length of time, the registration number of the hired vehicle and the full name, address and contact details of the hirer.

(2) The operator shall be obliged to keep the record as stipulated in sub-regulation (1) for a period of one (1) year or as may be prescribed by the Authority from time to time.
