S.L. 499.67 Art. 17E-kickscooters not equipped with directioal equipment.

Where an e-kickscooter is not equipped with directional indicators, the person riding such e-kickscooter shall be obliged to indicate a change of direction with his hand in a clear and timely manner in order to give other road users adequate prior notice of his intention to change direction.
