S.L. 499.60 Art. 5Tunnel Manager.

The Authority shall either itself appoint a Tunnel Manager to be responsible for the management of each tunnel along the Trans-European Road Network route in Malta, whether it is in the design, construction or operating stage, or else shall identify as Tunnel Manager any other public or private body responsible for the management of the tunnel at the stage in question.
