S.L. 499.59 Art. 69Commission of same offence more than once in a six- month period.

Notwithstanding the provisions of regulation 68(3) and (4), where a person contravenes the same provision of these regulations more than once within a period of six consecutive months, there shall be imposed upon him two penalty points for every ten euro

(€10) imposed upon him by order of the court or a local tribunal in terms of regulation 67 or by the Authority in terms of regulation 68, as the case may be.
