S.L. 499.59 Art. 57Smoking.

(1) No passenger or driver may smoke while he is in a taxi.

(2) Every licence holder shall keep affixed within the taxi in a place which is clearly visible to the passengers, a notice stipulating that smoking is not allowed within the taxi.
