S.L. 499.59 Art. 55Vehicle to be clean and in good order.

(1) Every taxi shall be kept constantly clean by the licence holder.

(2) Every licence holder shall ensure that taxis registered in his name, including the equipment fitted thereon, are maintained in good order and in a good state of repair at all times.
