S.L. 499.59 Art. 45Two-way communication system.

A driver of a taxi shall keep the two-way communication system switched on while on duty in such a way that enables him to receive and impart communications from and to the Authority and from and to the licence holder and other drivers employed or engaged by the same licence holder, but shall not use the device for idle conversation.
