S.L. 499.59 Art. 35Wheelchair accessible taxis to be clearly marked.

(1) Wheelchair accessible taxis shall be clearly marked as such by means of a sign measuring 20cm by 20cm, as prescribed in

Part B of the Fourth Schedule, which sign shall be marked as may be approved by the Authority.

(2) In the case of wheelchair accessible taxis, the illuminated taxi sign prescribed by regulation 34 shall, next to the word TAXI bear a representation of the sign prescribed in Part B of the Fourth Schedule.
