S.L. 499.56 Art. 40Hire of passenger transport vehicle.

(1) No person may hire a passenger transport vehicle except from an operator.

(2) The hirer shall not refuse or omit to pay any sum which is payable for the performance of the passenger transport service acquired by him, provided that the operator has fulfilled his obligations under the hire.
