Any information given to the Authority in pursuance of these regulations shall be covered by the Professional Secrecy Act, provided that the Authority may communicate information to other competent authorities in Member States of the European Union for the purpose of compliance with its obligations under Council Directive 96/26/EC on admission to the occupation of road haulage operator and road passenger transport operator and mutual recognition of diplomas, certificates and other evidence of formal qualifications intended to facilitate for these operators the right to freedom of establishment in national transport services and international transport operations and Council Regulation (EC) No 11/98 amending Regulation (EEC) No 684/92 on common rules for the international carriage of passengers by coach and bus.
