S.L. 499.56 Art. 20Application for a driver’s permit.

An application for the grant or renewal of a driver’s permit shall be submitted to the Authority in the form stipulated by the same and shall contain such particulars as the Authority may require and shall be submitted together with:

(a) a certificate issued by the Police detailing any criminal offences and, or contraventions mentioned in regulation 19 for which the applicant may have been sentenced together with the punishment thereof; and

(b) the relevant application fee fixed by the Authority in terms of Part 2 of the Tenth Schedule.
