S.L. 499.56 Art. 16Death or physical or legal incapacity.

In the event of the death or physical or legal incapacity of the natural person in whose name the operator’s licence is granted in terms of regulation 5(3), or of the designated person, the Authority may permit the carrying on the passenger transport operation on a temporary basis for a maximum period of nine months.
