S.L. 499.56 Art. 121Exemption.

(1) The Minister may, by an order in the Gazette, exempt any person carrying out transport operations only as an ancillary activity, from the application of any or all provisions of these regulations and shall, in granting such exemption impose on such person to whom the exemption is granted any conditions which the Minister, after consultation with the Authority, considers appropriate.

(2) Any person who commits a breach of any of the conditions imposed by the Minister in terms of sub-regulation (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of not more than three thousand euro (€3,000). FIRST SCHEDULE
