S.L. 499.53 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Directive 1999/62/EC" means Directive 1999/62/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17th June, 1999 on the charging of heavy goods vehicles for the use of certain infrastructures as amended by Directive 2006/38/EC of 17th May, 2006, and by Council Directive 2006/103/EC of 20th November, 2006.
