S.L. 499.42 Art. 2Definitions.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Authority" means the Authority for Transport in Malta established under the Authority for Transport in Malta Act; "operator of passenger facilities" means the person who for the time being has the management of passenger operations; "person" includes a person or a body or association of persons, whether such body or association is corporated or unincorporated.
