S.L. 499.22 Art. 8Observers.

A representative of a State or an air accident investigation body from a State other than the States specified in regulation 7(1) may, upon a request made and with written permission of the Chief Investigator in consultation with the investigator-in-charge, participate in an investigation as an observer.
