S.L. 499.22 Art. 27Disposal of records.

The Chief Investigator shall, after the completion of an investigation or at any time determined by the investigator-in-charge, return the aircraft records or factual information concerning the accident or incident to the persons from whom they were obtained, or dispose of such records or information in a manner he considers fit, unless they are still required for judicial or other proceedings.
