The access road, known as "It-Telg]a leading from Laboratory Wharf entrance Gate (Point A) to the top of the hill at Corradino Industrial Estate (Point B), and having the following co-ordinates, is hereby declared as an area within the limits of the port of the Grand Harbour of Valletta and to be a part of a port within the meaning of the Ports and Shipping Act.
