S.L. 499.10 Art. 1Citation.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Yachting Centres Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall apply to all yachting centres in the in the internal and territorial waters of Malta, whether such yachting centres are of a temporary or permanent nature.
