S.L. 487.9 Art. 9Non-refundable or prorated fees.

(1) The fees established and due in terms of these regulations shall not be refundable.

(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of regulation 4(1),

(5) and (8) and regulation 7(1) and (2), the fees established and due in terms of these regulations shall not be prorated.
