S.L. 487.9 Art. 1Citation, commencement and applicability.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Insurance

Distribution Act (Fees) Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st January 2025.

(3) These regulations shall apply to fees falling due on, or after the said date.
