The penalties specified in the Fourth Schedule to the

Insurance Business (Penalties for Offences and Infringements)

Regulations, prescribed by virtue of the Insurance Business Act, with reference to articles 29 to 31A of the said Act, shall apply with respect to infringements of the said articles as made applicable to the enrolled person by virtue of article 54 of the Act.
