S.L. 487.8 Art. 13Right of Appeal.

In accordance with the provisions of article 50 of the Act any person upon whom the competent authority has imposed an administrative penalty in accordance with the provisions of regulation 5(2) may appeal in writing to the Financial Services Tribunal against the decision of the competent authority.
