S.L. 480.2 Art. 96Acquisition by means of distance contract.

The Commissioner shall ensure that, in cases involving the acquisition of firearms, essential components or ammunition classified in Schedule I, II and III of the Act by means of distance contracts as defined in regulation 2 of the Consumer Rights

Regulations, the identity and the authorisation of the purchaser of the firearm, essential components or ammunition are checked upon delivery to that person by a representative of the Commissioner.
