S.L. 480.2 Art. 36Substitute Arms Dealer Licence.

(1) Any person who intends to work as an assistant with a licensed dealer may apply to the Commissioner for a substitute arms dealer licence under this Part. Such an application shall be endorsed by the licensed dealer with whom the assistant intends to work.

(2) An applicant must produce a valid medical certificate attesting to his physical and psychological fitness for the purposes of this regulation.
