S.L. 480.2 Art. 30Arms dealer licence.

(1) Any person who intends to trade in arms proper and ammunition and who is in possession of any relevant permits as may be required by law may apply to the Commissioner for an arms dealer licence under this Part.

(2) An applicant must produce a valid medical certificate attesting to his physical and psychological fitness for the purposes of this regulation.
