S.L. 480.2 Art. 22Definitions.

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires:

"applicant" means an applicant for a licence under this Part; "licence" means the target shooter licence B referred to in regulation 23;

"licensee" means any person who holds a licence under this Part.
